Cascade(Water)
The Water elementals of Dragon's Breath are merfolk and sirens.
The higher level waterfolk are be able to transform themselves onto creatures of solid water, and travel throughout the oceans in seconds.
The lower ranking are simply be humanoids with fins for legs and able to breath under water or above water.
All of the Merfolk are able change into a humanoid form and leave the water, though they must return to water every few days.
They mainly dwell among the Aquatis Islands, which are located where Australia of Earth would be.
Their god is known as the Lymph God.
